CHEESE AND GRITS 
1 1/2 c. white grits
6 c. cold water
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (hot)
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Cook grits in water until begin to thicken. Add other ingredients to cooked grits. Pour in large greased casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or until firm and slightly brown. Serve hot. Recipe may be halved for smaller amount.
