GARLIC CHEESE GRITS 
1 c. grits, cooked (in 4 1/2 c. water and 1 tsp. salt)
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 roll garlic cheese
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 stick butter
Cornflakes, lots

Melt butter and cheese in cooked grits. Add milk and beaten eggs. Put in greased casserole dish. Cover with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
