GRITS WITH GARLIC CHEESE 
2 c. water
1 c. quick grits
1/2 c. canned milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 rolls garlic cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs

Stir grits into boiling water and cook 1 or 2 minutes until thick. Remove from stove; add butter, cut up cheese, salt and milk, stirring until mixed and cheese is melted. Add eggs last.

Pour in greased casserole and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour until firm in the middle. (May be frozen just before baking, but if not thawed thoroughly, allow more baking time.)
