“HOT CHOCOLATE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  HOT COCOA

HOT CHOCOLATE 
1 (1 oz. ea.) unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 cups boiling water
dash of salt

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.

Add sweetened condensed milk and boiling water gradually. Add salt. Mix well.

Makes 6 (3/4 cup) servings.

TO DOUBLE RECIPE:

Use 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk and double the remaining ingredients.

ICED CHOCOLATE:

Proceed as for Hot Chocolate, using 3 cups boiling water instead of 4 cups. Cool. Pour over cracked ice.
