CHINESE SKILLET 
1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
1 c. bias cut celery
2 tbsp. fat
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
2/3 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can bean sprouts
Rice or Chinese noodles

Cook onion and celery in fat until tender-crisp. Stir in soup; add water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling; add sprouts. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice or Chinese noodles. Cook in large skillet.
