COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 sm. carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut (see note)

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased 9x12 inch pan at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1/2 box powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese (soften)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut

Blend sifted powdered sugar into cream cheese, then work in milk and vanilla. Frost cake and sprinkle with coconut.

Note: Cream of coconut may be found in liquor department with cocktail mixes.
