1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 egg whites
1 sm. can cream of coconut oil

Mix all ingredients together pour in an oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

WHITE ICING:

1 box of confectionery sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton of cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Mix together and ice the cake then put a can of coconut on top.
