EASY COCONUT CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 sm. bag coconut
1 sm. bowl Cool Whip
1 sm. can cream of coconut

Bake cake using directions on box. Bake cake in a rectangular pan 13 x 9 x 2. Remove cake from oven, poke holes in cake with large fork, while cake is hot pour cream of coconut over cake, let cool.

Spread Cool Whip over top of cake then sprinkle with coconut. The amount of Cool Whip and coconut you use is your choice. Keep this cake refrigerated.
