CHINESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef, lean
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 c. cooked rice
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown beef, drain. Add the vegetables and water chestnuts. Combine soups, soy sauce, and rice and pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle Chinese noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
