CHINESE NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. celery (cooked 10 min.)
1 sm. can water chestnuts
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 sm. can chicken, tuna, lobster or crab

Mix together, saving some noodles for the top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
