CHINESE NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
2 tbsp. cooking oil 1 c. sliced celery 1 c. chopped onion 1 lb. ground beef 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of tomato soup 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. soy sauce 3/4 can chow mein noodles 1/4 can chow mein noodles Heat oil in frying pan. Add celery, onion, and beef. Brown. Add tomato soup, mushroom soup, soy sauce, and noodles. Stir to combine. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup noodles over top. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. |
