CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. Minute Rice (pre cooked)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
Chinese noodles

Brown meat, onions, and celery. Mix remaining ingredients and bake in covered casserole at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Uncover for 1/2 hour and last 10 minutes add 1/2 can Chinese noodles, sprinkled on top.
