CUCUMBER MOLD SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
Dash of salt
1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
2 c. mayonnaise

Blend 1 cup hot water and gelatin. (Less water makes a firmer mold.) Let sit in freezer to start to gel. In separate bowl combine salt, cucumber, onion, cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Then fold in gelatin and blend thoroughly. Pour into a mold or large bowl and chill about 2 to 3 hours. Serves 5 or 6.
