KOREAN STYLE FRIED RICE 
2 cups Asian white rice (from rice cooker)
1 lb, sliced bacon
1 bunch green onions
3 large eggs
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil

Get rice steaming in rice cooker. Fry bacon in pan, keeping the grease for later use. Remove bacon, let cool, and chop into small pieces.

Heat wok on medium and brown chopped green onion in a mixture of bacon grease and olive oil. Push cooked onions up side of wok. Add more bacon grease and scramble eggs in the wok. Push eggs up side of wok. Add rest of bacon grease, cooked rice, chopped bacon, and soy sauce to wok. Mix all together adding more soy sauce if necessary.

Plate fried rice and add a fried egg on top (if desired).
