ONE CRUST APPLE PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 c. peeled and sliced apples
Butter
Cinnamon

Place peeled and sliced apples in pie crust. Put cream, flour and sugar mixture over top. Dot with butter, sprinkle wit cinnamon.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.
