PIZZA 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 lb. ground beef, browned or 1 c. pepperoni
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 c. pizza sauce or 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. shredded pizza cheese

Brown ground beef and season to taste. Drain well. Lightly grease and dust with flour a 14 inch pizza pan. In small bowl, combine batter ingredients, mixing until smooth. Pour batter into pan, tilting pan so batter covers bottom. Arrange meat and onion on batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until crust is deep golden brown. Remove from oven. Add mushrooms; drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
