MANDARIN DESSERT 
1 pkg. sugar free orange Jello
3/4 c. hot water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 c. vanilla sugar free ice cream or yogurt
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add frozen orange juice. Allow ice cream to stand at room temperature until soft enough to stir. Combine with gelatin mixture; add oranges and spoon into 1 quart mold. Refrigerate overnight.
