MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, with juice
4 eggs

Beat together cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges for 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool completely.

For frosting, mix the following: 1 (8 ounce) carton Cool Whip, 1 small package vanilla instant pudding (dry), 1 (13 ounce) can crushed pineapple and juice. Mix altogether and frost cake. Better if made the day before and kept in the refrigerator.
