REFRIGERATED MANDARIN ORANGE
DESSERT
 
2 wrapped stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, drained

Mix cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Reserve some of the crumbs for the top. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Mix Cool Whip, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice and drained Mandarin oranges. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Serves 12.
