FROZEN ORANGE CRANBERRY DESSERT 
1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, undiluted orange juice concentrate, sugar and salt and beat with electric mixer. Fold in whipped cream. Transfer mixture to a 1-quart decorative mold or container.

Freeze until firm (2 hours to overnight).

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
