MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. orange Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can mandarin oranges
Chopped nuts (opt.)

Drain fruit until dry, at least a couple hours. Mix together sour cream and Cool Whip. Mix in dry Jello; blend in good. Fold in fruit. Chill overnight in refrigerator. (Add chopped nuts if desired.) Cut into squares to serve.
