2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar mushroom pizza sauce

Mix cream cheese and 1/2 jar pizza sauce. Spread on plate or shallow pan. Sprinkle any or all of following on top:

Mozzarella cheese
Chopped pepperoni or ham
Ripe olives, chopped
Onion, chopped
Green peppers, chopped

Serve on stone ground crackers.
