CHEESE ONION SOUFFLE 
1 c. onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
5 to 6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 pkg. party pumpernickle

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all together. Bake in a quiche pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with party pumpernickle. M-M-M-Good!
