APRICOT - PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
3/4 c. sugar
2 (4 3/4 oz.) jars apricot baby food
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Chopped pecans (optional)

Combine pineapple and Jello in saucepan; stir over low heat until dissolved. Remove form heat. Add sugar, baby food, cream cheese. Mix well. Do not beat. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into 9 x 13 inch dish.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. instant lemon or vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 carton Cool Whip

Put on top of salad.
