APRICOT DESSERT 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans apricot pie filling

Combine crumbs and melted butter and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Mix together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread over baked crumbs. Sprinkle chopped nuts. Spread Cool Whip over nuts and refrigerate 1 hour and then spread the pie filling. Refrigerate several hours before serving. May use a fruit pie filling of your choice.
