FABULOUS STUFFED PUMPKIN OR
SQUASH
 
small pumpkins 4 or butternut squash 2
1 pound ground beef (meatloaf mix )
1 pound ground Italian sausage
1 Box Herb Stuffing Mix
dried cranberries
salt and pepper, to taste
Brown Sugar

Wash Pumpkins and Squash. Pat dry Put in microwave for 5 minutes (rotate once).

Let cool, cut and remove seeds; scrape inside clean. Cut squash in half. Cut top off pumpkin.

Brown Italian sausage and ground beef. Make stuffing mix following box directions. When done add dried cranberries and cooked sausage and beef. Mix well and stuff pumpkins or squash.

Place in a shallow pan. Add water 1 cup and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Enjoy.

With salt and pepper or meat tenderizer use for the meat to season.

This us very easy to make. Just make sure you get the right kind of pumpkins. Otherwise it will be hard to cut.
