LASAGNA 
2 tbsp. Wesson oil
2 to 4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
3 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. hot water

CHEESES:

12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. hoop
Some Parmesan

Saute onions, garlic and meat in oil. Drain. Add salt, tomato paste and water. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 5 to 6 lasagna noodles according to package directions after meat sauce has simmered for 1 hour.

In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of meat, 1/2 of noodles, all the hoop cheese, sliced and 1/2 of the Mozzarella, sliced. Repeat with another 1/3 of the meat sauce, rest of noodles, remaining sauce and rest of the Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes covered with foil; then 15 minutes, uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes.
