"PASTA FAGIOLI" SOUP 
2 - 2 1/2 qt. water
1 can Cannelloni beans
Pieces of ham
Pieces of celery
Pieces of onion
Pieces of garlic
Oil
Macaroni

Cook beans and water until it comes to a boil. Boil 2 minutes and let stand 1 hour. In a pan with 2 tablespoons oil, saute 1/2 cup onions, 1/4 cup celery and garlic for 10 minutes with ham. Add this to beans and water; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add macaroni and simmer 20 minutes longer. Add tomato sauce for color.
