FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE AND ICING 
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar and eggs. Add fruit cocktail. Sift flour, soda and salt. Mix and pour into greased 9x12 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

ICING:

Mix together:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter
2/3 c. Pet milk
1 c. white sugar

Boil for 5 minutes. Pour mixture over cake while both are hot.
