SOUTHERN CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix, cooked and crumbled
2 lg. fresh tomatoes, sliced
1 med. purple onion, chopped fine
1 med. green pepper, chopped fine
3/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. prepared mustard, mixed with 1/2 to 3/4 c. light mayonnaise

Mix together all ingredients. This may be refrigerated overnight.
