OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
2 c. Bisquick
4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up prefer using legs and thighs
2/3 c. milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Shake Bisquick, salt, paprika nd pepper in paper bag (or plastic). Pour oil in to 13 x 9 x 2 inch oblong baking dish.

Dip chicken pieces into milk; drain. Shake 3 or 4 pieces in flour mixture and coat thoroughly. Place chicken skin side down in single layer. (If skin is removed, lay some loose pieces of skin under the chicken. Adds to its flavor.) Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
