OVEN FRIED SESAME CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine sesame seeds, flour and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into soy sauce; dredge in sesame seed mixture. Arrange chicken in a large shallow baking dish; drizzle butter over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings. (221 calories per serving.)
