MICROWAVE SESAME OVEN FRIED
CHICKEN

1 egg
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. garlic
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler fryer chicken; cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt (or less)

Beat egg and milk in a bowl. Combine flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, paprika, garlic and salt in a plastic bag. Dip chicken in mixture, then coat in the flour mixture. Arrange skin side up on microwave dish. Pour butter over chicken and bake 35 minutes on high mix (roast or 70% power). If microwave doesn't have a turntable, rotate dish half way through cooking time.

NOTE: A conventional oven would be preheated to 425 degrees and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
