OVEN FRIED SESAME CHICKEN | |
6 tbsp. sesame seeds 4 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. pepper 8 chicken breasts (skinned and halved) 4 tbsp. soy sauce 4 tbsp. reduced calorie butter Combine sesame seeds, flour and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into soy sauce then dredge in sesame seed mixture. Arrange chicken (bone side down) in a large shallow baking dish. Melt butter and drizzle over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until tender. Eight servings; 220 calories. |
