SESAME CHICKEN 
1/4 c. minus 1 tsp. corn oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. Japanese rice wine (or light sherry)
1 clove garlic, cut up
1 med. onion, peeled and cut in quarters
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 or 1 1/2 broiler, cut as for frying

Put all ingredients but chicken in blender. Blend until smooth. Marinate chicken in mixture overnight or for a full day. Remove chicken from marinade and place in single layer in shallow pan. Bake uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees, basting occasionally with marinade.
