BAKED SCALLOPED CORN 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix (7 oz.)
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter in bottom of casserole (9 x 10 glass or metal). Add rest of ingredients to pan and stir slowly until mixed well.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees (glass dish) 375 degrees (metal) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and solid.
