BAKED SCALLOPED CORN | |
1 can whole corn, drained 1 can creamed corn 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. crushed crackers 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 eggs, beaten 1 (2 oz.) chopped pimento, drained 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. butter Combine first 9 ingredients. Pour in 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
