BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lbs. scallops
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. water

Set scallops in 8 inch pie plate. Mix all following ingredients until they are blended. Pour stuffing on top of scallops and dab with additional butter. Place in preheated 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
