BROILED OR BAKED SCALLOPS | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. bread crumbs 1 fresh lemon 1/4 tsp. white pepper Paprika 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/2 c. white wine 1 tsp. parsley flakes Pkg. of bay scallops (16 oz.) Melt butter. Add wine, juice from lemon, pepper, garlic, onion, and parsley flakes. Simmer mixture for about 5 minutes. Arrange scallops in baking pan, sprinkle with bread crumbs, spoon on liquid. Sprinkle with paprika and stir. Bake about 5 to 7 minutes at 400 degrees or place under broiler and broil until browned (stirring constantly). |
