CHINESE PEPPER STEAK AND SNOW
PEAS
 
1 lb. flank steak, sliced
Salt, pepper and meat tenderizer
1 c. soy sauce
3 tsp. flour
1 box snow peas
Onions
1 tsp. soy sauce

Saute meat with 1 cup soy sauce, add sugar and flour. Stir-fry frozen snow peas in frying pan or wok in very hot oil until soft. Stir-fry onions in hot oil and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Mix all ingredients in pan or wok and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
