QUICK CHINESE PEPPER STEAK | |
1 lb. round steak 2 tbsp. oil 1 med. onion, cut into eighths & separated 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 pkg. Au Jus sauce mix 3/4 c. water 4 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Freeze meat; partially defrost and cut into thin slices. Brown in oil. Add Au Jus mix, water, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer until meat is tender. Add onions and peppers, cook 3 to 5 minutes until vegetables are crunchy. Serve over rice. |
