SEYMORE'S SESAME CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken (legs, thighs, breasts)
2 c. milk
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. olive oil

Place chicken in bowl with milk. Refrigerate 1 hour. Combine next 3 ingredients. Dip chicken in egg, coat with bread crumbs. Drizzle with oil. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
