ALL-AMERICAN FRENCH DRESSING 
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white or red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
2 scant tablespoons sugar (or less to taste)
1 tablespoon freshly grated onion
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or more to taste)

Blend or shake vigorously in a jar with a tightly fitting lid until well combined. Dressing may be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days.)

Why is there noted a 3-4 day shelf life refrigerated when all ingredients have a longer unrefrigerated shelf life than 3-4 days? This is a very good recipe.
