OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. ground round beef
3 tbsp. instant tapioca
1 (24 oz.) V-8 juice
2 tsp. sugar
3 onions
5 potatoes
5 celery sticks
5 carrots
1 green pepper
2 bay leaves
Salt & pepper

Put juice in pan. Add sugar and tapioca; let stand 5 minutes. Put stew meat in bottom of roaster. Add rest of ingredients (cut up) potatoes on top. Pour juice over all. Cook in oven at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
