GRANDMA'S GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1 c. diced bacon
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar & 1/2 c. water, mixed together
1/2 c. sugar
6 med. potatoes, cooked, cooled & diced
1 med. onion, diced into potatoes
Salt & Pepper to taste

Fry bacon until fairly well done. Add flour. Stir until smooth. Add vinegar and water mixture. Keep stirring until thickened, then add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and pour over potato mixture in baking dish. Set in oven at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until you see it bubbling. This seasons in through. Good luck with it.
