GRANDMA'S GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
1/2 lb. sm. Russet potatoes 1 med. onion 1 c. water 1/4 c. vinegar (white) 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 tsp. salt 6 slices bacon Boil potatoes with skins on until done. Peel and slice, but not too thick. Chop onion very fine. Cut bacon into bits and fry with onion until cooked. |
