BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Cook 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli and drain. Add 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (grated) to drained broccoli. Mix together. Pour into a buttered pan.

Chop up Ritz crackers. Stir in a 1/2 stick of melted butter. Put this on top of casserole. Bake 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
