BROCCOLI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
30 Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook broccoli and drain. Put in casserole dish; melt cheese and 1/2 stick butter and pour over broccoli. Melt remaining butter and mix with cracker crumbs; sprinkle on broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
