BAKED PINEAPPLE WITH CHEESE 
1/2 c. sugar
2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated or 1 cheddar + 1 Velveeta
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix sugar and flour. Add drained pineapple and cheese. Toss thoroughly. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter. Add crushed crackers and toss to coat. Spread on pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
