PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, do not drain
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Combine pineapple, sugar and flour. Mix by hand. Add cheese. Pour in buttered 1 quart dish. Cover with Ritz crumbs and dribble butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
